QM policy

To meet our high standards and guarantee our customers the security of a competent and reliable manufacturer, our development, manufacturing, sales and after sales service are based on controlled procedures.

The basis for this is a Quality Management System. As of January 16 2007 we are audited and certified according to the International Standard DIN EN ISO 9001. This documentation system ensures the reliable control of our processes.

Our business philosophy is described in the following guiding principles:

• Our service extends beyond the sale and aims to secure a long-term sustainable partnership
• Experience is put into practice in a continuous improvement process
• Complaints are given priority as a matter of principle
• Our products are reliable and long-lasting
• Assembly work needed is kept as low as possible
• Maintenance costs must be low
• Spare part supply must be secured on a long-term basis.
• Installation does not require special training

Responsibility for the product, the customer and our employees is at the centre of our dealings and documented in our QM system. All resources and measures for achieving these goals are bindingly laid down in it. The framework for all processes and procedures is EDP based and flexible both for our suppliers and our own employees.
