Information micro-switch

The micro-switches that we use have to fulfil different demands. They have to be as compact as possible in order to keep the installation dimensions of the profile cylinder adapter small. Depending on the type of installation, the key-switch adapter must be installed in a low level circuit, or in 230 VAC or 80 VDC circuit. Therefore we use the following types:

Micro switch Type AV4 for Otis 2000®, Schindler Design M, S and D as well as EuroLift®: 

• gold plated contacts
• very low minimum switching current (1 mA at 5 VDC)

Micro switch Type ABJ for W. Schäfer, Switching Components, Schindler Smile®  and various applications: 

• gold plated contacts
• minimum switching current 5 mA at 6 VDC, therefore somewhat robuster than Type AV4

Micro switch Type ABJ0 for difficult protection conditions and/or older 80 VDC controls 

• switching current 0,8 A at 80 VDC
• protection class IP67 with 300 mm flying leads

Micro switch Type V4NCT9 for Otis EURO (NAO) and various applications 

• Because of its build, a very robust type
• high current rating (5A at 250 VAC)
